As CEO, Jess is responsible for vision, revenue, and the strategic partnerships that bring Continuum's cognitive AI to global leaders.

Jessica has led strategy, go-to-market, and product development across multiple early-stage ventures. She advises organizations on AI strategy and implementation, bringing deep expertise in how to deploy emerging technologies effectively. Her background spans corporate governance consulting and venture capital, with experience in both building and funding high-growth companies.

Jessica serves on the board of the RE Foundation, where she works alongside global leaders to scale impact in education and economic development. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in History and Art History from Dartmouth College.

As CTO, Amrita is responsible for Continuum's technical architecture and the AI systems that preserve individual thought at scale.

An expert in deep tech innovation and product development, she specializes in natural language processing, cognitive modeling, and responsible AI. She began her career as a data scientist at City Light Capital, building venture intelligence systems for portfolio analysis and deal sourcing.

She holds a BA in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Brown University.

Rishi builds the backend systems, security, and memory infrastructure behind AI that understands human nuance.

A three-time founding engineer, he's taken products from zero to shipped across AI pipelines, mobile apps, and distributed infrastructure at early-stage startups.

He holds an MS and BS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, and cares most about the space where fast shipping meets real user behavior.

Fred is the Founder and CEO of Sand Technologies, a global enterprise AI company building digital twins that model the real world. With expertise across healthcare, utilities, energy, and telecom, Sand’s AI models help run cities, governments, and major companies around the globe.

He is also the Founder of ALX, one of the world’s fastest-growing tech talent accelerators, currently training over 700,000 data and AI professionals.

Fred has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, a TED Fellow, and was named one of TIME Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People.” He serves on the board of the Rhodes Trust and holds an MBA from Stanford, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Sheila is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ohai.ai, a generative AI startup improving the lives of families, and former Founder and CEO of Care.com, which she founded in 2006, took public in 2014, and sold to IAC in 2020.

She was a Venture Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and founding board member of The Asian American Foundation.

Recognized as Forbes 50 Over 50 and Fortune’s “Top 10 Women Entrepreneurs,” Sheila is a Henry Crown Fellow with the Aspen Institute, a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

She holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and a J.D. and M.B.A. with honors from Harvard University.
